Booking:

When booking please provide all of the information that is requested including a valid phone number. Our booking system will send text confirmations as well as any changes that have been made to your appointment to you directly. Card information is also required when booking in order to hold your appointment time. No charges will be taken before or after you appointment without your consent.

Cancellations: 

​

Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment time will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of your intended service. 

This does not include inclement weather as long as a heads up is given, no call no shows will still be charged.

The cancellation fee will still be taken for reschedules made within the 24 hour period.

Future appointments made after a cancellation with a 24 hour period will require a 100% deposit in order to hold the appointment time. 

There are no penalties if cancelled or rescheduled outside of 24 hours.

Foreign Fills:

Foreign fills are done on a case by case basis. We cannot guarantee the work of another artist. If the lashes are beyond our ability to repair we will request that you book a full set. If the lashes meet our requirements a $20 additional charge is added to foreign fill services.

Free Fix Policy: 

​

Customer satisfaction is important to us so let us make it right! We want you to absolutely adore your lashes and your experience. If for any reason you are unhappy with the results or experiencing any issue, please contact us within 5 days so that we can schedule an appointment to fix any issues. Please include information of what the issue was and a photo. As of right now we do not offer refunds for services provided because of time and product used during service.

Late Policy:

 

Being late cuts into your appointment time and we cannot guarantee if the remaining time will be enough to compete said service. Being 15 minutes late without contacting us to keep us updated will result in cancellation of your appointment and charge of 50% of the service cost.
